Do you have a showroom?
We have a showroom in Vaughan, Canada. It is open to the public to view and for purchase to the trade only. Appointments are encouraged but not required.

Do you sell to the public?
No, we sell only to authorized dealers who display, deluxe and service the furniture they carry. They are specialists who can help facilitate your purchase. Please send us an e-mail and we will direct you to our nearest retail partner.

How can I obtain pricing information?
Geovin does not deal directly with consumers; therefore, we cannot give out any prices. Please contact your local retailer for pricing.

How do I protect my furniture?
We recommend that you use a slightly damp cloth for the daily care of your furniture. Do not use wax or polish. Use cloth/felt pads to protect your furniture against heat and dampness. Keep the furniture out of direct sunlight. Clean up spills immediately with a blotting action instead of wiping.

What is the warranty on the furniture?
This warranty protects the original consumer who has purchased Geovin Furniture from an authorized dealer against defects in the quality of workmanship, materials and construction for the period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Any product modification by a dealer or consumer not authorized by Geovin Furniture will void this warranty. Geovin Furniture reserves the right to repair or replace the furniture or items that qualify under this warranty at their sole discretion. Geovin Furniture reserves the right to discontinue items or parts without prior notice. This warranty applies in cases when the product is used under normal indoor residential conditions.

What if the furniture I receive looks a little different than what I have seen on the website?
We work diligently to ensure that what is on-line is the best representation of our products. However, please keep in mind that product colors, appearance, and feel of your items on your computer, laptop, tablet or handheld mobile device screen may be different to how they appear in reality. The best and most complete resource for all of the products is our website www.geovin.com. We do not have a complete catalogue available for distribution at this time.

Does Geovin Furniture offer a trade discount?
Yes, we offer a discount to qualified architects, interior designers and design professionals. We require the following credentials to open a trade account: copy of ARIDO membership or proof of affiliation/membership with a similar professional organization in the Design/Build field, credentials/certification in related field of study, business card or company web site address.
