Can I buy Geovin Furniture directly from Geovin?

Geovin is sold through authorized dealers across North America. Authorized dealers are valuable sources for advice, design assistance, delivery, and setup services.  Please visit Where to Buy to locate a dealer near you.

In addition, our products can also be purchased through approved Interior Design firms and Interior decorators. If you are interested in joining our Trade Program, please Contact Us.

Can I order samples before I make a purchase?

Why is it that the colour is not exactly as shown on the website?

Every attempt is made to ensure color accuracy digitally. However, a digital presentation is not a perfect representation, and we encourage you to take advantage of ordering samples.  Please email us at  sales@geovin.com

What do I do if I have an issue with my furniture?

We are sorry you are experiencing an issue. Please contact the company where the furniture was purchased and advise them of the issues. In order to ensure an expeditious resolution, please prepare as much information as possible, including photos.

What is the warranty on the furniture?

Do you customize furniture?

We do not offer any customization beyond what is available on our website.

How long does it take to receive my furniture after an order is placed?

Production time averages 10 – 12 weeks from the date we receive order. This does not account for transportation time.
